Beginning the month of October someone will lead the parish in saying the Rosary before weekend Mass. They will start 30 minutes before Mass begins – please join us! We are also looking for volunteers to lead the Rosary and as well, if you are interested please contact the office.
St. John’s Annual Fall Steak Dinner Basket Raffle & Auction will be held Saturday, November 12th, Serving from 5:30 to 7:30, Auction at 7:00 pm Grilled Steak or Chicken Dinner $15.00, Seniors (65+) $12.50, $17.50 at the door. Dinner includes your choice of grilled steak or chicken, cheesy potatoes, baked beans, rolls, salad bar, dessert, and a drink. Take out available. Children’s Hot Dog Meal $5.00 includes salad bar, chips, drink, and dessert. Children under 3 free. Advance tickets will be available after Mass Oct. 22 & 23, 29 & 30 and Nov. 5 & 6. They can also be purchased through the office. We will be holding a raffle ticket drawing for Gift baskets as well as a small Live Auction for a few of the larger donations! Be thinking about what you might be willing to donate to the auction. We are looking for new items, gift certificates, or items from your business or club. You can also help by picking up a tag in the church entry for a basket or basket item and returning it asap. The Raffle Basket Auction will begin in November.
